January 24

Today we talked about being physically fit. The first half of chapter 3 and then chapter 4. If you were absent, go through the ppt, and complete the Self-Evaluation and Sport Analysis. You also need to start tracking what you are eating and how long you are sleep on your nutrition log for the next 7 days. THis is also under Assignments.
